Privacy Policy

Vivi Breastfeeding stores only what you enter yourself, so the app can show your history and statistics:

• Your account email address and password (handled by our sign-in provider).
• Feeding logs: start and end times, which side, duration, and any formula amounts you record.
• Nap logs: start and end times of naps you record.
• Your nightly ratings ("How was the night?").
• Reminder preferences (for example, "remind me in 15 minutes").

We do not collect your name, your baby's name, your location, your contacts, or any health data beyond the feeding and nap times you choose to log.

Your data is used only to run the app for you: displaying your feeding and nap history, computing daily and 14-day statistics, and remembering your settings. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics about you as a person.

We also collect simple, aggregated usage statistics (for example, which pages are visited and how many people use the app) through Google Analytics. This usage data never includes your feeding logs, nap logs, night ratings, or account email — it cannot be used to identify you or see what you track in the app.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. There are no third-party advertising services in the app. Your feeding, nap and night data is stored on managed hosting infrastructure (database and authentication services) that processes it solely to store and serve it back to you when you are signed in.

The only third-party service that receives any information is Google Analytics, which receives anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, approximate device and browser type). It does not receive your email address or anything you log in the app.

Your data is stored securely on managed cloud infrastructure and is accessible only through your authenticated account. Traffic between the app and the servers is encrypted. Your feeding logs are visible only to you.

If you set a feeding reminder, the app may show a local reminder on your device. This works entirely on your device and does not send your data anywhere. If reminders are unavailable on your device (for example, inside some browser or in-app webviews), the app will simply not schedule them.

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it. You can delete individual feedings and naps at any time in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove everything permanently, free of charge, within 30 days.

Vivi Breastfeeding is a tool for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
